How to deal with life's ups and downs

Life can be full of surprises, some good and some bad.  Sometimes it's hard to deal with the bad things, but here are some things I do to try to cheer myself up:

1. Put on your favourite 'feel good' music really loud
2. dance about as if no one is watching.
3. run your self a nice hot bubble bath
4. watch your favourite videos on YouTube/ catch up T.V.
5. read a good book
6. text your friends ( they're sure to cheer you up)
7.go outside (even if its just in the garden, fresh air is good for you)
